2. Why do you need a visa to the USA?
To accompany my spouse.
3. Who made the appointment for the interview?
Answer truthfully. (That is you, your spouse or someone else.)
4. How did you receive the documents for the visa interview?
Answer truthfully. (Such as my spouse sent them to me.)
Following questions, in case H4 spouse is going to interview after H1 spouse.
5. When did your husband get visa stamping?
In a month, year.
6. Why did you not attend the visa interview along with your husband?
Answer truthfully. E.g., I was busy finishing my studies, I got married later, etc.

I will be a housewife.
8. Are you planning to work in the USA?
No.
9. Do you have family in the USA?
Answer Yes/No appropriately. If you answer yes, briefly describe which family members you have in the USA (such as parents, brothers, sisters, etc.).
10. Where do you currently stay?
At a place, city, state.
11. Who do you stay with currently?
Answer truthfully.
12. Where will you stay in the USA?
At the city, a state with my spouse.
13. While you are in the U.S., who will financially support you?
My spouse.
14. Who will pay for your trip to the U.S.?
